Thinking about forks..

is there a fork like this:
- A-C 395mm
- 1 1/8" Steerer
- 50mm diameter at crown (for that smooth look with internal headsets)
- Straight tapered legs
- Aluminum or steel
- Disc brake mount only
- Mudguard mounts
- Low rider mounts

The Van Nicholas VNT SLX CX fork fit everything bar the low rider mounts.

The idea is fitting my fixed gear bike (running on a carbon CX disc fork at the moment) with a front rack, for more functionality.
The fork only has eyelets for mudguards and a drilled crown, but if there is any way to fix a rack without changing the fork, I'll take it.
any ideas?
