I built my girlfriend who is about 5'1" an On-one Pompino for less than £400 (maybe £320ish) using a mix of new and used parts in good condition. Might be an idea if you want a SS for commuting etc as you can stick mudguards, rack, fat-ish tyres etc on it.

I did the same actually, not too difficult if you can grab a few cheap parts.

Moving house and have come across a wheel set that have been held up in a cupboard for the last few months. So selling on if anyone is keen. Posting here before on the classified forum.

Pair of H Plus Sons Formation Face 42mm wheels
Matte black 42mm rims
BLB track hubs
Red spokes (front radial lace)
No scratches on the rims at all, a bit of faking on the spokes where they cross on the rear. (Included in the pictures)
There is a 18T cog on the rear that I will leave on if you want.
(Tyre on front wheel not for sale, just haven't taken it off yet...)
