Hmm.
The width is about the same, I think, but depending on the TT, the Bulldog sits lower, which means you have to pedal with the knees splayed out a bit (John Wayne). That's slightly uncomfortable, but it keeps you from banging the knees into the seat.
It's also good for knee overlap that it's fixed to the frame so it doesn't change position when you turn.
The Yepp is dead nice for a super stable steering though. Especially good with loaded rack.Let me know if that wasn't too clear.

Yes, monster truck porteur = monsteur.
I wasn't overly impressed with the twin rails the first time I used them, but giving them a second chance as winter tyres on wide rims.

Bulldog child seat. not nearly as nice as the yepp mini, but it takes bigger kids and take advantage of the dropped TT design of the frame.

Tight clearance with 60mm tyres and mudguards, hell yeah!
