I think you'll find that's known as "mandemgling".

Bear in mind that it never looks quite as good as it does in the photos, but it's still quite pleasant. Very much black with a bit of 'ah, there is' colour only visible up close, and even then not too bright once you've been riding with it a while. Feels alright though.
