• Well, it’s been a good few years since I sold anything on here but I’ve decided to sell my Olagnero as it’s a little small for me and currently set up for time trial so doesn’t really get used. Bought this about three years ago off the original owner down in Sussex and have kept it mainly indoors since. There’s a small amount of surface rust on the frame and pitting on the chrome but the chrome should polish up nicely. A few things need doing to complete it (e.g tape the bars, fit shifter and cable) but bike comes with a lot of good quality components, here’s the deets-

    • Frame and fork: Olagnero, Columbus Aelle tubing. tt- 22", st- 22", 130mm rear spacing.
    • Wheelset: Campagnolo Vento, 8 speed cassette. Decent Gatorskins included. Braking surface is good but there's a small graze on the front rim as shown in the photos.
    • Rear derailleur: Shimano Dura Ace.
    • Crankset: Shimano 105, single chain ring.
    • Brakes: Campagnolo (Sorry, couldn’t figure out which model these are but if anyone could enlighten me that’d be top notch)
    • Levers: Shimano Exage Motion (No hoods)
    • Headset: Stronglight.
    • Stem: ITM Eclypse.
    • Bars: Profile bullhorns.
    • Saddle: Selle Bassano, Scotchlite. Red snakeskin (sexy)
    • Pedals: The MKS one’s in the photo I’m keeping for another project but I can throw in some Giant by Time one’s if the buyer wants.

    SOLD
Collection from Brockley SE4, or can maybe arrange something that’s easier if you’re not living South of the river.
Cheers for having a butchers and any questions, just ask.

  • Sunday funday price drop down to £290

  • Down to £270 before considering splitting

  • Changed my mind about splitting for the moment, seems a shame to break it up. Dropping to £265.

  • This is a great bike frame! Vanni Losa used to make frames for them as well.
For 265 quids you're bringing home a great frameset with some lovely components.

  • Thanks for the kind words anidel. Had heard something about Vanni Losa making for them on a forum, interesting stuff! Can your knowledge of them help identify what was written on the top tube here? To me it looks like 'Fa###y#lo Olagnero'? Oh, and in compliance the inevitable bump from this comment- price now £260! <]:-)

  • It stands for Pierangelo Olagnero.

  • Ahah, I was way off. Cheers for clearing that up.

  • There was a Olagnero for sale here a couple of years ago and you can see the full decal:

    https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/203335/

  • it's a pleasure. You can give back with...mmm the bike? :-D

  • Ahah, definitely tempting anidel but I may have to hold out for some benjamins as I'm a mere cinema employee saving up for a new project. Seriously, thanks again though, always wondered what it was <]:-)

  • eheh no worries, I was kidding (was I?)

  • Now £255.

  • Midweek drop down to a tasty £250

  • I would be interested in the Vento if you go down the split route

  • Ey skull and biscuits, changed my mind about splitting for the minute and also waiting to hear back from someone about buying complete. Will definitely let you know if things change.

  • Still up for sale. Will be going on holiday for two weeks from Sunday so would love to sell this before then. If anyone wants it in London and can meet tomorrow at some point I'll reduce to the corking price of £225!!

  • Lovely! Too bad I don't have room for another bike at the moment.. Someone take this bargain!
    GLWS (and enjoy holiday)

  • Cheers giofox! Shall do! And more the merrier when it comes to bikes though right <];-)

  • I've contacted a friend. Will get back to you asap during the weekend.

  • btw, is it missing gear levers on the downtube or were them just missing from the picture?

  • Coolah! And no, no levers on the downtube. It was set up for time trial originally so it just had a single bar end shifter for the rear derallieur. Took that off when I originally bought it but it'll be at my parent's house somewhere.

  • You've got a PM.

  • Fiiinal price drop before I go away on holiday- down to a lovely £210. Flexible with meeting in London but would have to be at some point today.

  • Just joined so don't quite know how this works. I need a second bike very soon and would be happy to come see it later today. I'm based in North London, Palmers Green, but happy to travel south. Let me know.
