Oh man, should have got a screenshot, that was so embarrassing.
Anyway, Cycle PS Camberwell is like 5 minutes up the road....no contest there.
They did a massive free service drive before the summer via Groupon, all the customers could then review the experience online so no bullshit, 100% accountability. That's how to do it properly, now they're constantly turning over service work.
