I can completely agree with TRA about the Gabba. Buying it was a huge leap of faith (expensive and getting it cheap seems to be rare) but it really paid off. Somehow it manages to keep you warm when it's seriously cold however once the temprature goes up, you don't end up being overly hot (just right, I would say). Combined with my Pearl Izumi waterproof shell, it fends off the shittiest of conditions and I remain warm and dry.
