Keep on covers are good, but do wear quickly. I reckon they're worth the money that they save me in worn out cleats though.
I have tried using the cafe stop covers, which are more durable, but inevitably I forget them, lose one or just get fed up of having to put muddy plastic in my jersey pockets so I stop bothering with them and just clop around on my cleats... and then end up having to dremel a slot into the screw heads to get them off a month later.
