I owned both the Rain Jacket and the Race Cape (version w/o the zips on the wrist).
If you like the Pro Team fit better than the Classic fit, then get the Race Cape.
I preferred the Race Cape over the Rain Jacket. The race cape was just as waterproof if not more waterproof than the rain jacket.
I've worn a Pro Team Jacket + a Race Cape and it was good for down to -5*C for me.
The tail of the Race Cape has an elastic hem, and is designed to go over your stuffed pockets, the design is excellent.
It also will fold up and fit inside the left & right pockets of a Pro Team Jersey.
What I do like about this, is that when unzipped, the don't flap that madly against the wind.
