Exactly. So bored of people complaining about postage cost.
-
• #18180
they are maybe overcharging postage by £1, who cares?
-
• #18181
Especially when the base price of the item is less than most second-hand caps I've bought before
-
• #18182
Buy it or don't. I doubt anyone really cares.
-
• #18183
You're paying for the packaging as well. Got to love that heavy paper they use for their invoices.
-
• #18184
It's not fucking dhb is it?
-
• #18185
Is it not?
-
• #18186
Anyone can send it for £2.80 with the royal mail, a business will have better rates (not necessarily with RM) and their combo rates are shit too. ie. £5.45 for two caps.
-
• #18187
Why do you care?
-
• #18188
Why do you care if he cares?
-
• #18189
Anyway......

• #18190
Mentioning their poor shipping policies seems to wind some people up and I don't understand why.
Why do you care if I care that he cares?
-
• #18191
I don't care. Have you considered plastic bedsheets? You must get awfully sticky.
-
• #18192
If you want to complain about postage they're charging £15 to ship 1 cap to Ireland.
-
• #18193
That's not really my thing, sorry to disappoint.

• #18194
Does anyone have one of the newly re-sized Pro-Team jackets?
How is the fit compared to the old ones?
Thanks!
Ditto

Doesn't really rolls down that small, but it is a nice jacket, did not like the elastic on the bottom however.

Mentioning their poor shipping policies seems to wind some people up and I don't understand why.
Because some people work for Rapha?
I note from the eBay listings "Returns: 14 days refund, buyer pays return postage".
However, I also note that it is a charity sale for a great charity (Ambitious About Autism, my significant other used to work there and I can tell you they do great work) with massively reduced prices over RRP so complaining about the postage cost could be seen as a little petty.

I owned both the Rain Jacket and the Race Cape (version w/o the zips on the wrist).
If you like the Pro Team fit better than the Classic fit, then get the Race Cape.
I preferred the Race Cape over the Rain Jacket. The race cape was just as waterproof if not more waterproof than the rain jacket.
I've worn a Pro Team Jacket + a Race Cape and it was good for down to -5*C for me.
The tail of the Race Cape has an elastic hem, and is designed to go over your stuffed pockets, the design is excellent.
It also will fold up and fit inside the left & right pockets of a Pro Team Jersey.

Just got the second to last race cape in medium, I'm a large in all my other waffa stuff so I'll offer it on here if I can't get it on once it arrives. Anyone bag a large that they're not sure about size-wise? Swapsies?

wow
Think I got the last one!

It does a bit.
I bought four caps which at current rrp would be £120 for (including postage) around £31.
I think that's pretty good. If you're not happy with the cost of postage, don't buy them would be my suggestion.
:)
Just says Economy (2nd class) on the listing.
