Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

Mentioning their poor shipping policies seems to wind some people up and I don't understand why.

Because some people work for Rapha?

I note from the eBay listings "Returns: 14 days refund, buyer pays return postage".

However, I also note that it is a charity sale for a great charity (Ambitious About Autism, my significant other used to work there and I can tell you they do great work) with massively reduced prices over RRP so complaining about the postage cost could be seen as a little petty.
