How much do you think it costs to put a cap in a package and then send it tracked mail to a customer, with free returns? £3.95 is what it costs FFS

Anyone can send it for £2.80 with the royal mail, a business will have better rates (not necessarily with RM) and their combo rates are shit too. ie. £5.45 for two caps.
