What's teh difference between the race cape and rain jacket?

Rain jacket has tapered seams and a bit less breathable?
Race cape is pretty waterproof but not 100%?

Yep - race cape is more 'active' or something. So for actual riding in the rain, rather than 3 laps of Richmond and some artisan coffee.

Cut will be different too. Pro team, not club fit - or whatever they call it.

Race cape looks cool if it's actually decently waterproof and rolls down that small.
