Can't remember how I got it but the brake surface is pretty worn out hence why I spray painted it black spins true and bearings seem fine.

Tried to fit a 700c tyre to it and it turns out it's 700c so was just me being a bit thick.

Decent sturdy wheel set that spins true, bearings are slow but I think thats because it was a budget wheel set when I got it.
