A2? Not seen that before, normally two numbers: just to keep things interesting, although they sometimes look like a plain year code (ie 93), they're not... and no-one seems 100% certain on what the second number refers to. :)
Yeah, Selform for both Record and Chorus. Other than that: I'm out.
I have always considered 1986 to 1994 to be the C-Record era, ie post-Super Record and pre-groupset named components. From memory, "Corsa Record" was used once or twice and stuck.
FWIW, I'd think you'd have better luck splitting. And probably start a new thread, now I've muddied the waters...
