Wheels, cranks, pedals and chain are on, and stem and bars thanks to @user48276.
Test ride 1 failed due to chain leaping from the cogs. Turns out I'd installed the Izumi chain the wrong way round and the master link was hitting the chainring and flinging the chain off. Easily fixed.
Test ride 2 failed as I hadn't tightened the rear wheel enough onto the dropouts so I torqued it sideways.
Test ride 3: great success.

Bar tape
Brake cables
Brake levers
Front brake (current one has too short arms by about 5mm, v.
