Wanna get on later and do a proper full night of it this week. Get a camp going then go pick up some bambis. Also, maybe step it up a notch and try and bandit hunt? Our pvp session should prob happen while all this loots going nuts.

Got it working! Still goes stop-motion every now and again (think it's to do with textures/running out of memory) but I can work with it.

Nice work! New card? Settings look pretty good! It'll never run perfectly on any machine as the engine isn't great but they plan on sorting that. We all need to meet up!

Try turning the clouds down to Low as well as anti aliasing. That will get you some smoothness. Those screen shots look banging.

Yeah - went for a superclocked Gtx 750 TI 2GB in the end, settings are nearly all on high and it's very smooth up until the texture/memory thing. Amazing how things have moved on considering my last card cost about twice as much and required a separate power cable.

Good to meet some of you yesterday. Great work on the campsite Jordan and cheers for the rifle and ammo.

Love the duping-could be worthwhile duping a tent and character's gear each so in case of death you can effectively start from where you left off (after a run to the tents).

I had an angry, hungry and undervalued partner last night so had to bail, logged off by the lake south of the tents. Unfortunately when I tried to go back on it appears I may be stuck in the mini dam wall- I've been stuck in the floors of buildings before but this time it doesn't even allow me to hit escape and quit the server- strange.

From what I saw of .50 hitting zombies seems better and waterproof bags are cool, overheating is a major pain though and I reckon that the rate that footwear gets damaged might need some tweaking.

Well up for another session and causing some trouble in the towns.

I kinda think we should lay off the duping a weeee bit as it take a bit out of the game, but the "backup" idea is quite tempting, especially after how many hours I have sank in grinding at this game to get as geared as I am.

Prepare for lots of angry, hungry and undervalued partner partner experience if you get sucked into Day Z fully, it's pretty much a mistress.

I thought they were meant to be fixing the duping, isn't that partly what the .49 wipe was for? Haven't been able to play much recently but fit in a quick session last night and found one of the absurd loot spawns at Vybor base.
