    That's really not a bad price, yes it's Miche parts but Koga aren't super cheap in NL and have a good name, sponsor the Dutch track team (so more value for racing fans) 600 euros is pretty good, usually it's 750 at least for a new one.

    (biased as my parents have touring Koga's and the frames on them are excellent, would cycle one were I into alu frames)

    I'm not saying it's super cheap. It's not that good (or pretty) either. Considering your name you probably live close to me. Even if you give it a decent setup, it's still an ugly frame with an ugly setup. Could only become worse by adding a supertype seatpost. Wheels are decent though. Just need to be destickered and decent tires. Most used training wheels for a reason.
