I also tried to figure out what part is from which group. It's very hard to find the right group. A lot of things look the same from that period.

If you have the time and the inclination, it can be "rewarding" to sit down and track components through the catalogues and pick the bargains: one year's Chorus, is Athena two/three years down the line. To preserve Record's value, its components rarely got handed-down: '95/'96 Chorus being the only exception that springs to mind.
Having said that, if you value function over form, the chances are you're not still using 8 speed. :)
I forgot to mention the FD: it's 2nd generation Chorus (RS), which I believe to be ex-Croce D'Aune (with a change of braze-on clamp nut). It's distinguished from the same FD issued to lower groups, by having a chamfer at the end of the arm (presumably to save a gramme or two): if you look down on it (as if you were on the bike) and check the arm where the cable clamp bolt is, you'll see one side is at an angle as if it's been filed off.
@Halbert knows his way around 8 speed Campag: it'll be interesting (and maybe embarrassing for me) to see what his opinion is...

Some nice bits there and in great condition.
However, they're not 1st generation (1992) Ergo, they're from 1993 (so 2nd gen.): 1st gen. had a unique triangular end to the brake lever and in 1993 the body used carbon fibre and had "carbon" written above the lever/below the hood.
FYI the brakes are 1994: Delta before then and in 1995 Campag started putting groupset names on components.
If you check the back of the cranks there's a date code.
The real puzzle is the rear derailleur: the "knurled" cable adjuster is the earlier type (1991 and earlier), where as that type of cable clamp nut was introduced in 1992 and not used by Record.
I trawled the catalogues on the assumption that either the adjuster or the nut was a replacement and my best guess was that it's 1992 Chorus with an older cable adjuster. Record used a different type of cable clamp with a tabbed washer, which required a locating hole in the body of the derailleur below the right-hand limit adjuster screw: you can see there is no hole in the body of yours, so the clamp nut looked to be original.
Not an entirely satisfactory answer though: I'm not even sure the older adjuster will fit and although I can imagine using newer parts as a replacement on an older RD, old parts on a newer one seemed the least likely scenario.
So I had a look at Velobase: usually my last resort, due to it being UGC so only as good as the people contributing...
However, I think it came up trumps this time! Campag did make RD which had both the "old" adjuster and the "new" clamp... their off-road/MTB range!
Long story short, I think you have a 1991 Centaur RD (it was available in long, medium and short variants and also in the usual finish); possibly 1992, but Campag produced a Road and an Off-Road catalogue that year and I only have Road. 1991 catalogue here.
