I have only seen him in the evenings. And always going v slow. The fact I had seen him many times but always going slow made me curious. It sounds a bit like he has a varied training plan but I always happen to come across him on easy days.

He's probably doing efforts and then recovering at village policeman pace.

Unless he's training for a kilo it's pretty unlikely that he's doing sprint training on a TT setup.

How long does Frieze London actually go on for? It seems to take months to set up then there was shitloads of traffic days before the official opening and then loads days after it's supposed to have closed.

I have a former frieze director sitting behind me. I shall ask.

End of October. It's on site for a month. Art transport would have been yesterday and today (and maybe tomorrow) so that's the smaller stuff out, site takedown is next.

Roads generally open to traffic ~6.40ish. Cars can be there earlier or later depending on the time that royal parks opens each gate that day.
