Finishing kit must be the same, the only exceptions are if the manufacturer made a specific part for that frame. So, the Control-Tech/Cannondale stem is ok with (say) Deda seat-post and bars.
Equally, an ISP obviously means that you just need to match bars and stem.
However, it is verboten to have a Deda bar, Ritchey stem and a Zipp seatpost - it'll be a dogs dinner.
I tend to default onto 3T due to liking their handlebars, but their seatposts are, frankly, crap.
