how many times a year you need to replace cartridge bearings vs. cleaning da7600?
thought so.
to op:
the hubs have the same look as basic novatec's, which is not a bad thing and novatec's are proper hubs for little money. If these are $120 though i'd buy maybe Halo's or other well known brand as I wouldn't invest that sort of money in Taiwanese hubs.
But they look nice and if you open the covers in both ends and slip some vaseline under them before closing again you get bearings that are well protected against elements.

I Don't know them but they look solid. Cartridge bearings I guess? As long as those are good there is no problem.
I prefer loose ball bearings though (like Dura Ace) because I find it easier to maintain.
