That Cougar is an exact copy of my Graham Weigh - except mines steel - love the profiled tubes.
The fork on it, is it drilled? Seems to have a bung in one of the photos?Was that colour scheme something specific to Manchester Velodrome? That's where the GW was from too.
Would you mind If I came round to check it out?

What does the lee cooper work out ctc on the seat tube? Im guessing center to top is top of the seat tube rather than top of top tube? Also what area of London are you in?
