GP4s on Campag Chorus Cassette Hubs

Mavic GP4 rims on Campag Chorus 10 speed cassette hubs, 32 spokes & campag skewers. - £65 ono please plus delivery (I'll be in London 6-8 December if you can wait for hand delivery) . Originally 8 speed hubs, cassette body swapped for a Veloce body so I could use it with a 10 speed bike. I still have the 8 speed body somewhere so if someone wants this too for an additional amount. I'd like £65 for the pair or a near offer. Wheels seem to have plenty of life left, little wear to the rims as they we my race wheels & hubs are smooth but not as new. hmmm I have an athena rear hub, 1996, looks identical, sans greasing port.. do you think I can change the FH body as well? what hub did you use for the task?

Hi Halbert, sorry I must have notification by email turned off. It must have been a late 90s Veloce 9 speed hub. I'm pretty sure it was pre-10 speed but, as we know, 9 and 10 speed are interchangeable. Either way, it accepts a 10 speed cassette just fine. You may need to re-dish the rear wheel though. My LBS thought I needed a new axle at first as well but turned out not to be the case.
