The what if point is still valid, all he did was chat shit. It was stupid, it deserves to be argued against and hopefully he'll learn something, but he doesn't deserve to have people chase him down in his real life for throwaway internet stupidity. Persistent, targeted internet stupidity maybe, but going straight for the man's job at the first instance is what is over the top here.

Tried that, in the most politically correct manner I got told to stop wasting my time and that nothing would change. This was after going all through the IPCC, a few slaps on the wrist and that is all.

but going straight for the man's job at the first instance is what is over the top here.

I've been band, can't think why, Ive only made 3 comments. I've also reported a couple of there more animated commenters to the police for malicious communications (calls for the beheading of cyclists and shooting them on sight) the plod even sound vaguely interest, the threat of beheading is something of a hot topic.

On that Faceache page some idiot posted that Mexican drunk-driver photo where a pack of cyclists got taken out and someone died, she said it was her "favourite thing". There was more of the usual, people in lycra should be shot, blah blah blah, I noticed the reference in the comments here:

Here's the thing. She did it under her real name, Tammy Ruffell, she's a driving instructor in Bristol. She hastily deletes everything then her boss Tony Cant turns up and claims cyclists have threatened his kids with torture and murder:

The intelligence of the entire country would sharply rise if everyone on facetwat was taken outside and shot in the head. These people are too stupid to breed. A driving instructor using her own name and linking to her own webpage says she'd like to kill cyclists, and at no point did it occur to her that there could be a potential downside to what she's doing. I mean, really?

I'm sure the DVSA would be interested to hear that an instructor has advocated killing cyclists (assuming someone has saved the offending posts).

I have all the screen shots of lovely Tammys finest quotes if anybody is interested. They may well be appearing on the Guardian bike blog shortly too. I've also put in a complaint with the DSA.

And I'm also continuing to discuss the finer points of the malicious communications act with the police. there current stances is if it she had made these comments about just any other group they would be all over that shit, but cyclists there not too bothered about.

I might have gone a bit over the top but the attitude of her boss and her in general has pissed me off.

Her boss is a rum cove too, he offered to fight me, declared that his children were going to be abducted by cyclists (?) then deleted everything.
