Me: had to swerve to avoid a pram pushed into a zebra crossing this morning. I was approaching at the same speed as traffic, but not really concentrating :(. The woman pushing the pram seemed to me to be a few feet up the pavement away from the crossing and looked to have no intention of crossing, but just pushed into it without pausing and it was either swerve or emergency stop. I could have avoided the whole situation by approaching at a more relaxed speed (not that I was going particularly fast to be honest) and now I feel like a dork.
