That mudguard never look more right on a bike then it does that. Mad wheelies in the rain.

^^ In Glasgow, lo-pro MTB-pro are the way forward. Roads are so bad you need the monster tyres to get anywhere in one piece. I'll see if I can dig some photos out.
I have a frame (weird 90s oversized alu touring coaster brake madness) that would suit that style of build all day long

Bollocks, lost my Ivybike frankenrat last week. Had too many things on it I was secretly attached to, so a total ratfail: GB stem, nice front basket rack thing, Allez townie bars, chainguard, vintage Van Schothorst coaster, shimano dunohub. I was even attached to the red end plugs.
