Just installed those and applied the same tricks. Seem pretty solid this way.I see you reversed the blades and used the holes for the end caps? I just took a Philips screwdriver and made two tiny holes. Did you screw the blades to the plastic things to hold them in place once you fitted them correctly? I did once I noticed the blades kept moving around in the holders due to vibrations. Makes the fit quite permanent though.
I just used the tip of a knife to cut a small hole in them. I've never found mine to move, in fact they're really very difficult to slide in the holders.
