Christ. The press is very anti-Liverpool today, suprisingly.
The players he has picked so far this season have been wank. He chose to drop them, let them know and field a team who wanted it and played well. I don't see the issue with this. Just more bullshit. Cast your mind back to when Rafa was in charge and the media witch hunt for him because he chose NOT to play Gerrard in the middle (because he saw SG didn't have the nouce to play there). They all wet the bed then as they are now....same plebs that week after week delight in telling us how the game may be passing SG by....You'd do well to ignore a lot of our old staff as they, too, don't want to get off SG's dick. Even Platini got involved saying BR needs to explain to his fans why he played that team - despite the amount of money LFC got from Uefa for participation....Unless I'm wrong but there were£120M worth of players out there. Maybe we should recruit more CFC fans to do our tweeting?...The kind of stuff that what Uefa approve of.

Agreed Br still has a lot of credit stored up and it's deserved but what should have been questioned was not last night's selection, it the same failing line up used all season. Instead of those writers/presenters/ex players to hold their hands up after the final whistle they pompously continued down the same channels of non-story.
