The answer is definitely 'no' :-)
If you're buying £10 tyres you're not near chasing weight related gains.
Folding is nice if you need to tour with a spare. On a commute, social or training ride it makes no difference.

Rubino's may only be £1.50 more, but that's for the wired, rather than folding version. The question is whether the weight penalty of a wired tyre really makes that much difference.....
