I've not had this pain before so thought I'd ask here. The front of my shin just above the ankle was really painful yesterday but just my left side - do I need to do better stretching?
Don't want to set off alarm bells, but that's typically a sign of extensor tendinitis (google it) - I've just had it.
Have you been doing a lot more miles recently? Tends to come with over use. Typical cure is rest and stretches unfortunately
