Basic rules for classifieds:

You must post the classified advert in the Classifieds forum.
You must use a thread prefix if one is applicable. If more than one is applicable you must select the one that you most wish to happen. I.e. select "For Sale" even if you are also willing to trade but would prefer to sell.
No cross-posting adverts you've put on other sites. If you have an item for sale anywhere other than here, like ebay, bikeradar, ctc, retrobike, etc. then you cannot post it here. However, if you have posted it on one of those other sites, other people who have discovered it are allowed to post it in the eBay/Craigslist finds thread. You must not do this yourself.
No bumping on anything you're offering (for sale or trade)! Exceptions: 1) If you included a price as per the advisory, you can bump the thread to drop the price. 2) If you hadn't added enough information (such as photos) and now want to.
No fishing expeditions. You are either selling something or you're not. Either it's in the classifieds or it's deleted.
PayPal transactions must include buyer protection (sellers are not allowed to demand that money be sent as a "Gift" as this deprives the buyer of any form of protection on their payment).

@Patrick47 It's been posted a number of times, I also tried to make it clear before (though his previous posts seem to have disappeared - only after the auction had run it's course, however). He clearly can't be arsed to care, and the rules aren't exactly strongly enforced...

Guys, this is business. I'm selling by ebay and giving chance for everyone to buy nice items for your bikes. I know that I break the rules of this forum but I'm not advertising on other forums.

You're not 'giving a chance for everyone', you're just giving ebayers a chance and cluttering the classifieds page.

I think what they are politely saying is "sell it on ebay OR sell it on lfgss" - but not both at the same time. so if you don't want to discard the auction remove your postings from here.....

I think that someone who want to buy something can register on eBay. The registration on eBay is minimum. I showing what I offer and everyone can give me offer or bid to me. Do you think that I'm not giving you a chance to buy?

no what i am saying (and the others) is that here OR ebay, basic forum rules - and you know you are breaking them.....if i want to buy from ebay, i login and browse ebay. if i want to buy from here (and generally prices are lower and you can trust who you buy from) then i login to lfgss..
