Perhaps a stupid question, but is there anything involved in completion that actually needs to be done in person? Completion needs to be done on a weekday, but neither of us can take the day off to do it on the day we'd like to.
I will be able to get to the estate agents before they close to pick up keys, but I would only be available from about 4pm to actually do anything else in person. Is that likely to be a problem?
