I can vouch for mielec frames. They are solid. However.... I've seen actually cinelli mash's up for sale with better components and for around the same price.

Bump with price drop to £500
This bike is about a year old (if memory serve correctly). The frame was second hand, but everything else on it was bought brand new and all up cost me about £900...willing to sell for £500 (but open to offers). It's a really nice ride, and very light bike and responsive...Based in Islington.
Frame is a 58cm Mielic frame - based on Cinelli Mash (don't quote me on it, its what the seller told me)
Fork is Columbus Tusk
Wheels are Halo Aerotrack
Crankset - to be honest I can't remember the brand name, but i bought this from Kinoko and they were mid level...I think Andel
Front Brake calliper and lever are Tektro
Handle bar and Stem are Cinelli
Seat post is Alpina i think
The bike was used on average about 3-4 days a week on riding to work, about 30min each way.
