Yes, but you need deep pockets. Profile Elite from $360 is available in 120mm

Shimano FH-MX71 at £200 is 112mm OLN but it could be spaced out to 120mm.

Also Chris King at £300+

Hmm, well compared to taking the train on days when I play polo £300 will probably pay for it's self within a year of playing... I guess the next question is, can I get them drilled for 48 spokes! :)
