My first bike is from Pitango.
It was basically a nightmare.
The whole bike came with one of the BB caps missing. Although i got a refund for that, it doesn't mean that the people (especially the mechanics) there are responsible - sending such a product to the customer is just a way to say that it is a shit brand.
Although you can hire new staffs and things like that, I am pretty sure the brand name is already bad enough for you to do business with it. -

pitango's are up there with the quality rides from legendary lfgss brands such as create, teman , halfords apollo, etc . utter garbage stay away invest 10k for a bad name ? invest in a new business it could be done so much better "this is not a investable opportunity , ridiculous am out ! "

although hillyben's got one and loves the feel of the clunking alu deep section rims that puncture every 50 metres .

Ha, OK, sage advice chaps and girls.
Just been researching bikes for sale and came across an entire bike brand for only £10k! Has anyone heard of Pitango? Seems they're selling up and on ebay. Is it worth £10k? With no stock. I don't like the name personally and perhaps some of you have heard mixed reviews over the couple of years they've been around. Doesn't bode well with me.
