You might be ok - it's then a matter of how much clearance you have between rotor and fork blade as you punt the rotor over with a spacer. Provided the fork's made correctly you should have 1-1.5mm to play with. You have to bare in mind that everything flexes a bit when loaded though so whilst it may clear everything fine in the workstand... it's a juggling act! Happy to send you some spacers but I'm not back in the UK until week after next.
What front hub/wheel you planning on running with the Spyre's @Dom? Careful of anything with a flange-to-flange over 59mm as you'll run into clearance problems with the caliper and spokes. The calipers measure up a bit wider than others due to the arm that extends over the body to acctuate both pistons. Shout if you need a 1mm/0.5mm rotor spacer to eek out a bit more clearance - I've got plenty.
