I'll hopefully be fully accredited (L4 in ten days from now) by the time this rolls around but would like to ride with some forum people / LFGSSCC, so count me in. Or, if ms.chris wants to take up the slot, she might go (she has passed L2) and I'll look after the kid.

I need to get stage 3 sorted and nothing seems available any time soon...

Just making sure, Would I need to be at level 2 prior to you looking for a date? How available is level 2? I only have my level 1 booking at present.

Last time I checked there were plenty of L2s, as long as you can do monday/Tuesday 4-5ish...

@bitterbuffalo Yes you would need to have completed level 2

Ok, short answer is LVV have extended the skills sessions to allow 32 people per public session (hence the newly available dates today)
However, I would still like to book some LFGSS CC club sessions to eventually form a team, build some camaraderie, race HH / LVV together, even venture into the crits next summer (Nocturne, Nottingham, Red Hook??)
LFGSS ladies, this is open to all LFGSS members LVV stage 2+ @Scoot @pootsmanuva @hats @Seraphinx maybe? What I envisage is booking 4 sessions of 16 riders at a time. 12 pay up front for the block and cover costs. The other 4 spaces open to adhoc appearances and the money from these either used to discount hire bikes if needed or go towards the next block of 4 (LFGSS CC is a non profit club)
I have a contact now for club booking so once the list has grown to where this is feasible I'll reach out to LVV and see what times/days are available and how many of our riders can facilitate this into their work/life schedule.

Just joined from being a long time lurker as I would be interested in this going forwards...I'm already accredited and have been doing SQTs but it'd be cool to ride regularly on the track with the same people. I did also get offered a place in the league, but had to pass because Thursday night is basically the ONLY tricky night of the week for me...

How can get involved with this? Please help. (new to london)

I have added a link to the LFGSS CC thread. This is open to all, the only stipulation comes from the LVV accreditation system in which to take part in these skills sessions you would need to be stage 2 accredited or higher.
Further details of the accreditation process at LVV can be found on their website.

Thanks man, when will this start?

Hey there... I was down at LVV this afternoon to do stage 2 accreditation. There wasn't a stage 3 slot available until the New Year but there were some slots for L2/3 skills training next week on the 11th & 14th. Would still be up for joining a LFGSS track session though.

Figured I should actually add my name to the list, although if it gets too long I'd be happy to make way for someone who isn't accredited yet.

Or are now snapping RD hangers every weekend doing CXCould always buddy up with another club... anyone have a connection? I think Rollapaluza is a bit quiet atm, and most people tend to be on here anyway.

I think Phoenix and London Dynamo have regular sessions. I think also one of the other East London cycling clubs too.
Currently, according to their website, there are no L2/L3 skills sessions or stage 3 accreditation available for individual bookings at LVV for the rest of the year. So I'm floating the idea of booking a club session for those looking to progress.
I've not yet enquired about availability so I'm not sure what we can get, but who would be interested if I can book these?
This would be different to the previous LFGSS pringle day in that you would have to already be stage 2 accredited or higher. The session(s) would be coached with the aim of learning skills to progress through stage 3 and 4 accreditation and to gain valuable track time. Each session would have a 16 rider limit and be 2 hours long.
Please add to list if you would be interested, and if you would like these to be booked as one offs, or if you would be interested in paying upfront for a block of sessions over a period of time (maybe 4 spread fortnightly?)
