19.18 from Kings Cross arriving Potter's Bar at 19.37. Last train back 00.20. More realistic return trains 22.45, 23.02, 23.13, 23.40.

.. about the elevation - aside from the graphical, any tough hills? will the gear ratio of 53*19 be okay unchanged?!

switched the gear-ratio to 53*20 (70.1) via Fitzy Cycles & £25, so should be all set now, :-)

Hmmm, we've got 3 plus a possible RadMich, which is a quorum. On the other hand the weather don't look too clever. What to do? Keen to ride but feeling a bit wimpish.

There's quite a quorum up for going to the pub after work here, given that 70% of the company got their redundancy letters today.
I'm still game for the ride, although my legs really won't thank me (managed to get to 190rpm going down Ally Pally last night apparently)
