Remember the old ballpaint cover up? The white stuff? And the old markers?
Fun for days ... 1,1,1,dichlorethyl I believe it was. You had to keep away from it, unless you wanted to half-faint in class.

Here's a free glue removal tip for stickers and other sticky glue residue: Most fatty oils do the work. So if you have stubborn stickers peanut butter/mayo or whatever will dissolve the glue. Not sure it works on super glue, probably not, but seems to work well on any sticker that absorbs oil, and on glue left after pulling said stickers off.
I'll be using that to clean up a Miche supertype post...
