That's a bit unfair, I thought she came across as a clueless chancer from the outset. Clueless because even I realised as soon as I saw her claim that a company like Wiggle would have pretty solid Chinese walls between their buyers and their in-house designers, and a chancer because the similarities between the designs was so superficial that the only hope she had would have been that Wiggle would find it cheaper to settle than to pay for a fight they know they would have won, but against an opponent from whom they were unlikely to successfully recover their wasted costs.
