Absolutely... I am on 9 speed but the market is running on 11 speed. 11 is actually interesting, as it's cross compatible between brands, so no need to swap freehubs or use pulley type devices if you want to run Campagnolo Ergos on a Shimano cassette... which is great as Campagnolo Ergos are miles better than the disposable STIs, but virtually all disc hubs come with Shimano splines only
