It will take much less than ten minutes, a 571mm 650C tyre will go straight over a 559mm MTB 26" rim without touching the sides, so you can imagine how far away from getting anywhere near being able to stretch an MTB tyre onto a triathlengers wheel you're going to be.

(Wife's Stupid crap Tokyo Bike comes with 650C wheels and Kenda tyres that have lasted about 500 miles before sidewalls split).
