Every traffic light in London has drivers zooming through on amber, even if nothing's behind them.

Amber = Green.

We need to get rid of the Amber.

How can Amber be removed?
Riding or driving along at 20+mph and 2 metres from the lights they go from green straight to red.
Any car or bike very close to the lights when they change would be running a red light wouldn't they?
