  • I'd be surprised if their IT bods could fix it, surely given the size and the popularity of their site the problem is more likely to be at your end? They must have customers with just about every possible permutation of hardware and software, surely?

    Anyway, good response from Wiggle. Timely, directly addressed the criticism, put the facts out there to set the record straight. Textbook crisis communications.

  • Yes I expect the problem is at my end, which is why I didn't take it further.

    But I'm not using anything exotic, so I'm surprised that (as you say) my permutation of hard/software is a problem.

    Either way, there's enough choice out there and I've yet to be out of pocket, not shopping with them.
