I'd be surprised if their IT bods could fix it, surely given the size and the popularity of their site the problem is more likely to be at your end? They must have customers with just about every possible permutation of hardware and software, surely?
Anyway, good response from Wiggle. Timely, directly addressed the criticism, put the facts out there to set the record straight. Textbook crisis communications.

I've never ordered from Wiggle, because I can't add things to the basket: Sandboxie or something.
Won't take 'phone orders because of the Data Protection Act...
They suggested I contact their IT bods.
I suggested I take my trade elsewhere.
