I must have got there just after the incident, about 8:25 today. There was a policewoman on the scene and maybe 10 members of the public helping him. Looked like a broken wrist but lots of blood on the wrist/arm and, worringly, the chest. Bloke looked to be in pain but was clearly conscious. Ambulance arrived very soon after.
