Mudguard bosses on the front, but not on the rear. But I will also include a pair of these little things should the buyer want
They slot over your axle (under the bolt) and allow you to fix mudguards to the rear drop outs. I used them for 3 months with no problems. They also have the added advantage with hrorizontal drop outs of making it easier to remove your rear wheel for a puncture or such, as they make it easier to move the mudguard out the way to pull the wheel out.
