I have a 19" Falcon/ Edinburgh Cycles bike from the 80

The downside is a seized seat post. However, if she is around 5ft 5 that should not be a problem
The bike is in Walthamstow...

Cheers, she's 5'5ish", but as the height of her current bike is too tall, the seized seatpost might cause more issues. IF you get a chance to measure floor to seat top I could check....
