That's amazingly overkill, that decaleur look pretty weak.
-
• #8028
Ahhhh that's amazing @andy_k
What's the rack?
-
• #8029
Nice yoke
-
• #8030
Haulin' Colin Porteur, I'm waiting for him to make more so I can buy one.
-
• #8031
I assume the larger platform of the rack means there's almost no weight on the decaleur, wait and see I guess, lost track of how many photos of broken shit the owner has posted on Instagram recently!
-
• #8032
Ah the US fuck.
There must be someone in the uk that can build one?
-
• #8033
There should be, but likely not going to be cheap unlike being made in batches like the Haulin Colin.
-
• #8035
Got to be cheaper than that rack +50 dollar for shipping!
-
• #8036
Here's hoping, gotta ask some local framebuilder if they can make some.

25mm tyres
!

Not enough clearance for 28mm with mudguard on that Genesis annoyingly.
Did managed to go as low as 65psi rear and 55psi front without feeling squirmy, or risking pinch flat which is something.

Thats serious. Much rep

Let me know if you get a price on something similar chap

35 very windy miles on the Iron Cross yesterday.
Other guys were all on skinny tired road bikes and I kept up no bother. This bike rules!
Just need some spacers for the front mudguard stays so I can get them fitted properly.

Very nice. What mudguards are you using? Like the look of them.
-
• #8043
PDW full metal 45mm. They are pretty nice but need a bit of adjustment for disk clearance.... but I think most mudguards do!
-
• #8044
Ah, hence the mounting mid fork, save fookin about bending round the caliper. I should be fine, running v brakes, less faffing!

Good point, I store the bike at work so didn't have to lock it up.
